Rapid Affiliates is a platform designed to help Clients (“Clients”) create and manage affiliate programs for their SaaS tools, track affiliates, manage commissions and payouts, and streamline the affiliate marketing process. Affiliates (“Affiliates”) use the platform to track their performance, earnings, and referrals.

Rapid Affiliates is a product of PureSoft Labs OÜ (“Company”), located at Sepapaja tn 6, 15551 Tallinn, Harju Maakond, Estonia.

2. Eligibility

By using Rapid Affiliates, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent.
• All information you provide is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.

As a Client, you:

• Must ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Understand that we provide tools for managing your affiliate program but are not liable for its success or compliance.
• Agree to clearly communicate all program details to Affiliates.

6. Commission Tracking and Payouts

• Rapid Affiliates provides tools to track commissions and payouts based on your configured settings.
• Clients are responsible for verifying and approving payouts to Affiliates.
• Affiliates must meet the minimum payout threshold set by the Client to receive payments.
• Payments are processed through third-party providers; we are not responsible for delays or errors caused by these providers.

7. Fees and Payment

• Clients must select a subscription plan to access Rapid Affiliates’ services.
• We do not offer refunds for any purchases made on our platform, as we provide a free trial period designed to allow users to thoroughly evaluate our features, functionality, and value before committing to a subscription. All purchases are made at the user’s discretion, and by proceeding, you acknowledge and accept the responsibility of making an informed decision based on the free trial provided.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance.
• Failure to pay subscription fees may result in account suspension or termination.
• We reserve the right to modify our pricing structure with prior notice. Clients will be informed of changes at least 30 days in advance.

8. Data Privacy

• By using Rapid Affiliates, you consent to our collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
• Clients and Affiliates are responsible for protecting the personal data they process through the platform.
• We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee complete data security.
• You are responsible for notifying us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

9. Intellectual Property

• Rapid Affiliates retains ownership of all intellectual property rights associated with the platform.
• You may not copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform without our prior written consent.
• The Rapid Affiliates name, logo, and associated branding are trademarks owned by us. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

10. Termination

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in activities that harm the platform or its users.

• Any outstanding fees owed by Clients must be settled upon termination.

11. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rapid Affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• Our liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rapid Affiliates, its parent company (PureSoft Labs OÜ), and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the platform or violation of these Terms.

13. Changes to Terms

• We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
• Clients and Affiliates are responsible for reviewing the Terms periodically.
• Your continued use of the platform signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
